We had a great stay at the Tru by Hilton in Clarksville, TN! We were traveling with my boyfriend and his 7-year-old twins, and it was the perfect stop for our family. The hotel was clean, modern, and had a fun, welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and I really liked the reception desk located in the center of the lobby—it made checking in and getting assistance quick and easy. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a good night’s rest. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of options to start the day. The hotel also has a pool, which was a hit with the kids, and it’s pet-friendly, making it a great option for travelers with furry companions. We also noticed airline flight crews staying at the hotel, which we took as a good sign that it’s a quality place to stay. One of my favorite touches was the inviting lobby. There was a pool table, games, and books for kids and families to enjoy together, making it more than just a place to pass through. Near the elevator bank, the hotel also provides helpful information about local attractions and things to do, which is a thoughtful touch for visitors. As someone who likes to stay active, I appreciated the fitness center. It’s on the smaller side, but it had everything I needed for a quick workout. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, family-friendly hotel with thoughtful amenities and great value. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re passing through Clarksville!

We had a relaxing and fun time at the Tru Hotel in Clarksville, Tn. Susan the GM is always kind and professional, like always she ensures the best for the customers. Jenna the front desk specialist made me feel welcomed when I entered the hotel. She explained all the key information needed to make our stay enjoyable. Patrick the houseman let me know if we needed anything during our stay he would be able to assist. He takes pride in his job and ensures the hotel is clean. The leadership provided by the GM and Alicia the Asst. GM, shows in the entire staff member on how they treat the customers. The salt water pool is the best in the area.

First, We were given a warm welcome from Nicole as we checked in after a long time on the road. She was kind enough to advise us where all the restaurants were located locally. Secondly, We were acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member. Thirdly, our room was comfortable and clean, as was the whole hotel, including the outside grounds. Many good amenities here. Lastly, I highly recommend this reasonably priced TRU hotel. Thank you, Nicole.

First time staying at Tru by Hilton and had an excellent experience. We were visiting family and stayed for a few days. Breakfast in the morning was small but good. I loved that they had coffee available 24/7. There's also snacks and drinks available for purchase which was nice too. The hotel itself was very clean. We also drove our EV and were able to charge our car which made staying there even more convenient. The staff were so nice and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend this location to everyone.
